New classes at CD Fitness
 

We have a number of new classes starting up to help you get fit and into shape. If you know anyone that may be interested in the classes we run at the studio then please help us spread the word.

Morning Bootcamp
£10 per session

No better way to start the day then with our Morning Bootcamp! This Bootcamp will consist of high intense interval based training and circuit training. the perfect mix to get your heart rate where it needs to be to have an effective workout and get results!

Wednesday Morning Ladies Circuit

7 week course £42 or £7.50 per session. Morning Bootcamp consisting of interval training, boxing, kettlebell circuits and much more. 

£7 per session

An hour intense workout designed to help you burn as many calories as possible. This session will be pushing your cardio to the max as well as giving you a great core workout!

Friday Morning Drop in Circuits
£7 per session

Everyone is welcome get a great workout in before the weekend with ourFriday morning circuit session!

Friday Morning Running club
£7 per session meet at the Lookout

A mixture of long distance, interval and hill sprints to get you run fit!

Saturday morning Fighting fit 9:30-10:30am
£5 per session

Join in with our intense weekend wake up call with a mixture of boxing, leg work, core strengthening and conditioning.
